Old Royal English Bone China Vintage Trio Teacups set

This  Afternoon Tea set from Old Royal Bone China comprises of six tea cups, saucers and side plates, a milk jug, a sugar bowl and a large serving plate.

This fantastic set has a wonderful floral design of small turquoise flowers, surrounded by leaves in gold gilt. All pieces also rimmed in gold. Whole set in great vintage condition except one cup with a small chip on the inner side (see photos), which doesn't affect it's display or usage at all. 

Old Royal Bone China is the trade mark of Sampson Smith Ltd. The company was established in 1846 in Longton, England. This particular set have been manufactured between 1930-1941, judging by the maker's mark. 

This ornate set would make a great addition to a mix'n'match Afternoon Tea Set, and bring a touch of English Classic Design to the proceedings.
