Japanese Incense Burner Satsuma Koro Jar

Stunning Vintage Japanese Satsuma Koro incense burner with golden lion foo dogs and the goddess Guanyin. It looks stunning as a decorative piece, and is also a functional incense burner, with the smoke flowing from the pierced lid being very relaxing. It is hand painted and has 24 k gold gilt. 
Signed on the underside 
It's elegant and ornate and covered in moriage beading with classic Satsuma ware decorations. The lid and handles are adorned with fu dogs or foo lions, and it's footed. It's truly a showstopper.

In excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Some minor decoration loss consistent with age and use.
